Proprietor "Reginald Fernandes" started a small DSA at Goregaon Location with a visionary team, to help people who are being let down by the Indian banking system by guiding them to get there dream home with minimum rate of interest & with less processing fee charged by the banks & NBFC's.

May 2018

Became a Corporate DSA with 50+ Lending Institutions

Achieved a Corporate Status in multiple Banks & NBFC's like IDFC First Bank, PNB Housing Finance, DHFL, Piramal Housing Finance, Fullerton India Finance, Tata Capital Housing Finance, Federal Bank, Aditya Birla Housing Finance, RattanIndia Finance, Hero Housing Finance, Shriram Housing Finance, Deutsche Bank and adding on.

July 2018

Started Distribution and Aggregation Over Pan-India

We have started our journey from a small office at Goregaon, Mumbai. Then we started distribution over Mumbai-Thane-Palghar and went Pan-India at Delhi, Pune, Satara, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kochi and the list will go on.

September 2018

One Hundred Crore+ Loans Disbursed

We Achieved the First milestone in just 9 months, and had double-up our targets to achieve 200 Cr+ in less than 9 months. We had a great support from DHFL, IDFC First Bank, PNB Housing Finance, Piramal Housing Finance, Fullerton India Finance to achieve the milestone and our Pumped-in-Channel-Partners.

First Version of Our App Released for Advisor's

With a lot of research and development, month-on-month we had our team to come up a solution of the problem everyone is facing in this banking industry. We had ease the process to track your leads, complete your KYC, and know the payout-slab of every product, Interest Rates of every banks, Documents required for any type of loan and the list goes on.

March 2019

Three Hundred Crore+ Loans Disbursed

With not less than 6 months, after achieving our first milestone of 100 Cr+, we had a rapid growth over Pan-India in secured loans. We are very much thankful to IDFC First Bank & PNB Housing Finance, who had became our prime lender's to achive this milestone. Also, we had almost connected with 300+ advisors at the time.

June 2019

First Annual Advisor Meet-up

Our First Annual Advisor Meet-up was Planned right after we had achieved a competing 300 Cr+ over Pan-India. we gathered as many of our Advisors to have a good time to celebrate this Achievement.

July 2019

Customer Portal Launched in our App

With a great success on the Advisor side with 10,000+ Downloads of our app in less than a year, we had a new target to bring up the customer side of our app. We came up with a good algorithm to handle the customers over Pan-India, and had a 50,000+ downloads in No-Time.

August 2019

Formed a Private Limited Company

It was time to go big, as we had our company allianced with many of the lenders in the market. On 21st August 2019, we came up with our Company named "Finacri Advisory Intermediary & Resources Pvt. Ltd (F.A.I.R)".
